1. What LoyaltyZone is
LoyaltyZone is a bookkeeping and loyalty app for shops and their customers. It records purchases and tracks loyalty points. It is not a bank, wallet, or payment service.
2. Payments are between you and the shop
All payments happen directly between you and the shop. The app does not hold, transfer, or guarantee any funds.
LoyaltyZone only records your purchases and the loyalty points they earn. LoyaltyZone does not hold, transfer, or route any payment.
3. Loyalty points
Points are earned on purchases only. Points are shop-local: non-cash, non-transferable, and redeemable only at the shop that issued them. Points convert to a discount in rupees only at checkout.
Points are issued by the shop, not by LoyaltyZone, and represent that shop's commitment to you. See the Loyalty Program / Rewards Terms for the full rules, including expiry and what happens if a shop leaves the program.
4. Receipts
Bill records shown in the app are for your convenience and are not tax invoices. Ask the shop for a GST tax invoice if you need one.
5. Trust and shop risk
LoyaltyZone does not verify or vouch for any shop listed in the app. Any trust badge shown reflects self-declared or lightly verified information only, not a guarantee of the shop's conduct, solvency, or the quality of goods sold.
Disputes about purchases, points, or offers are a matter between you and the shop. LoyaltyZone is not a party to that transaction and does not mediate, guarantee, or insure against loss.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the LoyaltyZone website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in India to use LoyaltyZone during the pilot.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to defraud the points system, or exploit bugs.
- Do not access the service through automated means without permission.
- Do not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.
Account suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the program.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks and software associated with LoyaltyZone are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability & disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the dispute resolution clause below.
Dispute resolution
Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, failing which they shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Bengaluru.
