Loyalty Program / Rewards Terms

1. Points are issued by the shop, not by LoyaltyZone

Each participating shop runs its own loyalty program. Points you earn are issued by that shop, are valid only at that shop, and represent that shop's commitment to you — not a commitment by LoyaltyZone. LoyaltyZone provides the app the shop uses to run its program.

2. Points have no cash value and are not transferable

Points are not money, not a stored-value or prepaid instrument, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for cash. Points earned at one shop cannot be pooled with, moved to, or redeemed at any other shop.

All payments happen directly between you and the shop. The app does not hold, transfer, or guarantee any funds.

3. How points are earned

Points are earned on bills raised by a shop you have linked and approved by you in the app. Each shop sets its own earning rate, and any caps or thresholds that apply; these are shown in the app before you approve a bill.

4. Point expiry

Points may expire after a defined period of inactivity or as configured by the shop. We will notify you before points are due to expire.

5. Redemption rules & conditions

Rewards may be redeemed at the issuing shop, subject to availability, minimum point thresholds and any conditions that shop has set. Redeemed rewards are generally non-reversible.

6. If a shop closes or leaves the program

Because points are a commitment of the issuing shop, unredeemed points may be forfeited if that shop closes its account or ceases to participate. Where a shop closes with customer points outstanding, we notify affected customers in advance so they have an opportunity to redeem.

7. Right to modify or cancel offers

A shop may add, modify or withdraw its own offers, rewards and point values at any time. We may change these terms with notice.

8. Anti-abuse & fraud

Points obtained through fraud, error or abuse may be reversed, and offending accounts may be suspended.

9. Tax implications

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to rewards you receive, where applicable under Indian law.
