Loyalty that gives back, fairly
We’re helping India’s local shops keep their best customers coming back — with the kind of loyalty program only big chains could run before.
Our mission
To give every local shop in India — the kirana, the salon, the neighbourhood gym — a loyalty program as good as any big chain’s, in an app that takes minutes to set up.
Our vision
A high street where regulars are recognised and rewarded, shopkeepers own the relationship with their customers, and people stay in full control of their data.
Why we built LoyaltyZone
Big retail chains have run loyalty programs for decades. The kirana store down the road has a paper punch card, a diary, or nothing at all — even though its regulars are far more loyal. We thought those shopkeepers deserved the same tools: set your own points rate, run your own rewards, and know who your regulars actually are.
We also made a deliberate choice about what not to build. LoyaltyZone never holds or moves money, and points never leave the shop that issued them. Your payment stays between you and the shopkeeper, exactly as it always has — we just keep score. That keeps the product simple, honest, and well clear of the regulatory territory that comes with handling other people’s money.
